Coaching is a two-way street
You may have heard the phrase “coaching” in work settings (coaching for performance) or for specific situations (career coach, financial coach), but when was the last time you’ve dove into what this actually means? Coaches are trained professionals who have learned how to ask thoughtful questions, and understand your unique needs to help you achieve your goals. Some people use coaches when they are ready for a step up in their career to prepare for transitions, some use coaches when they are feeling “stuck” or “in a rut” to see what might be causing the blockages. Either way, a coach can be a useful tool to understanding yourself, and accomplishing tangible success.
